Specific Bequest

Naming L’Arche Inc. (L’Arche Greater Washington, DC) as a beneficiary of a specific amount from your estate is easy:

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath the sum of $__________ to L’Arche Inc., PO Box 21471 Washington, DC 20009, Federal Tax ID #52-1233065, for L’Arche Inc.’s general use and purpose (or for the support of a specific fund or program).

Residual Bequest

A residual bequest comes to us after your estate expenses and specific bequests are paid:

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate (or ____% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate) to L’Arche Inc., PO Box 21471 Washington, DC 20009, Federal Tax ID #52-1233065, for L’Arche Inc.’s general use and purpose (or for the support of a specific fund or program).

Contingent Gift

L’Arche Inc. can be named as a contingent beneficiary in your will if one or more of your specific bequests cannot be fulfilled:
