Call to Prayer, Confession and forgiveness,

Liturgist: Welcome to our community prayer night.
Please stand and join in singing our call to prayer— Bienvenidos a nuestra noche de oración comunitaria. Por favor, paren y únanse a cantar nuestro llamado a la oración —
Espíritu santo, ven, Holy spirit, come,
haz que mis ojos vean, Make my eyes to see,
haz que mis oídos oigan; Make my ears to hear,

All: Because God loves us. Porque Dios nos ama
Liturgist: God wants us to love ourselves and to love each other. Sometimes we hurt ourselves and each other. Let us tell God what we have done wrong. Dios quiere que nos amemos a nosotros mismos y que nos amemos unos a otros. A veces nos lastimamos y a otros. Vamos a decirle a Dios lo que hemos hecho mal.

Liturgist: God forgive us, Dios nos perdone
All: We are God’s loved ones, Somos los seres queridos de Dios

Liturgist: We will now light a candle and listen to our bible reading. Ahora encenderemos una vela y escucharemos nuestra lectura bíblica.

Community Prayers
Liturgist: We will pray now God loves us and God is listening. You can pray silently or aloud. We will end our prayer time by saying the Lord’s prayer together. Oraremos ahora que Dios nos ama y que Dios está escuchando. Puedes orar en silencio o en voz alta. Terminaremos nuestro tiempo de oración diciendo la oración del Señor juntos.
